I’m a creative.
I have spent my professional life as an author, artist, editor, photographer and gardener.
I enjoy adventures and have traveled over 15,000 miles visiting community gardens across North America.
Gardening is a big part of my life. In addition to creating community gardens and helping others grow food, I tend fruits, flowers and vegetables and cook for the pleasure of my family and friends.
These are the things I write about.
P.S. I also enjoy kayaking.
Hey Natalie, I like the look and feel of your blog!
Looks great Natalie!
Thanks!

Thanks. Glad you like it.
Beautiful photos, nice blog! I’m an MG in Northern California with real different growing conditions. Always fun, interesting, and challenging, right? Wish we had some of your rain.
Different climates . . . but same green spirit. And about the challenges…always. This year we had great harvests of green peppers, green beans, herbs, carrots, squash but when it came time for tomatoes…we got early blight. Sigh. I’m sure you know how that goes. Natalie
So many people visit my blog but I always check back with each one to see if they’re blogging and get a feel for what they’re about. I often visit just once because their blog is in a foreign language or there’s too much of a generational gap. In your case I find your blog refreshing and right down my alley. I’ve bookmarked your blog and will become a faithful follower. – Bob
Thanks Bob. I appreciate that!
No, I don’t.
Just found your beautiful blog, and I look forward to read more posts from you!
